If stairs are a concern, this may not be the right fit for everyone else. The layout gives you a true home-away-from-home feel with wonderful separation between living and sleeping spaces. There is a flight of stairs from the garage to the main floor where you will find the kitchen and living room. Then there is another flight from the main floor to the second/top floor, where both bedrooms and bathrooms are located. Including the garage, there are a total of three (3) full floors. If you're averse to stairs, this may not be the best space for you.
