There is one flight of stairs from the garage to the main living area, and another from the main floor to the bedrooms. Guests who prefer no stairs may want to consider an alternative — for all others, the layout creates a wonderfully spacious and private feel. We've designed this space with care and host with genuine warmth. We'd love to be your Rochester home base.

Other Details to Note

There is a flight of stairs from the garage to the main floor, where you will find the kitchen and living room. Then there is another flight from the main floor to the second/top floor, where both bedrooms and bathrooms are located. Including the garage, there are a total of three (3) full floors. If you're averse to stairs, this may not be the best space for you.
